Värma Sauna Co. is a new chapter for my husband, Jeff, and me—bringing together many of the things I’ve worked on throughout my career.

Many of you know me from my work in marketing for luxury brands and equestrian lifestyle publications. Alongside that, I’ve spent years teaching yoga and meditation, which has deepened my appreciation for the rituals and spaces that help us slow down, reconnect, and feel at ease.

When Jeff and I began exploring sauna building, we saw an opportunity to bring those worlds together. Our vision was to create beautifully designed, highly crafted outdoor saunas that feel at home in their surroundings and become a meaningful part of everyday life.

That vision became Värma. Together with a talented team, we’re creating custom saunas for those who value both how a space looks and how it can make them feel.
